For extremely sensitive skin, we suggest a quick patch test before daily wear.

US domestic orders ship via [USPS/UPS] (we don’t accept carrier requests for standard orders). You can edit your shipping address or cancel your order for free ONLY if it hasn’t shipped yet — do this directly in your Shopify “My Orders” tab. Once the order is marked “Shipped,” we can’t make changes or cancel. If you refuse a delivered package, you’ll be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

We offer a 7-day free return for unused, resellable items. Items must be unworn, with original tags, packaging, and no scratches or signs of wear. Custom/engraved jewelry and personalized pieces are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect. Quality issues are covered under our warranty — we cover all shipping costs for defective returns.

We cover manufacturing defects for 30 days after delivery (broken chains, lost stones, peeling plating — not accidental damage). Send your order number and clear photos of the defect, and we’ll offer a free repair, replacement, or full refund. Damage from improper wear (water, chemicals, dropping) isn’t covered, but we can help with low-cost repairs if needed.
