🚫 Custom / OEM Orders - Final Sale
Custom-made and OEM products are manufactured to your specifications and are not eligible for return. This includes personalized, engraved, resized, and private-label 316L stainless steel jewelry unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified.
⚠️ Quality Issue - 24h Notice
For any quality issues found in your bulk order, please contact us on the day of delivery with supporting evidence.
Due to B2B order protocols, claims submitted after the delivery date may not be accepted.
General Policy for Wholesale Jewelry
Here at VIVA VORA Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If your order isn't quite right for any reason, we're here to help you.
Follow the link above within 30 days of placing your order to begin the exchange/return process.
If your exchange/return is not initiated within 30 days of placing your order then VIVA VORA Jewelry will be unable to accept your exchange/return.
📝 Fine Print & International Shipping
If you return your product for store credit, your subsequent order must meet the $100 order minimum. Alternatively, you may exchange your purchased product which does not require a $100 order minimum.
Your items must be returned in their original protective packaging. If your products are not returned in their original packaging you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
How to Request a Return
- Select "Click to Start your Return/Exchange"
- Enter your Order Number and Zip Code.
- Select the product/products you wish to return/exchange.
- Select the reason (Damaged, Wrong Product, etc).
- Upload an image of the product (Required).
- Print the provided shipping label.

Important: To process any return / replacement / refund, we require clear photos.
- Photo of the physical item showing the quality issue.
- No stock images or blank uploads.
