1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. The estimated delivery times are as follows: - Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days - Expedited Shipping (if available): 5-10 business days *Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order total and destination country:
- Orders over $200 USD: Free Standard Shipping
- Orders under $200 USD: A flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update after the package is dispatched.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at vivavora@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
