For parcels shipped via our Tax-Included Special Lines (Cainiao), tracking updates may only appear after the package clears customs in the destination country and is transferred to the local last-mile carrier (such as USPS, Royal Mail, or other local couriers).
Before this stage, tracking information may display statuses such as “Label Created” or “Arrived at Destination Airport” for several days. This is completely normal for DDP shipping methods.
